About the Film

"Show Her The Money" sheds light on the challenges women face in securing venture capital, revealing that women receive less than 2% of VC funding. The film follows four visionary female founders as they navigate the obstacles of building and scaling their businesses with the support of game-changing female investors. Their journeys prove that when women get access to funding, true equality becomes possible

Bundle Up, Buttercup—It’s Going to Be a Chilly (but Iconic) Night! ❄️🔥

Okay, Louisville, we know cold weather is just part of the gamble when hosting an event under the stars, but we promise we’ve got cozy vibes on lock for Show Her The Money!

Blankets Allowed! We’re checking with Lynn Family Stadium to make sure everyone can bring their own blankets (because we believe in layering up like a pro).
🔥 Hand & Toe Warmers? We Got ‘Em. We’ll be handing out Hot Hands to keep those fingers and toes nice and toasty.
👗 Fashion, but Make It Functional. We’re hosting a layered-up fashion show—whoever rocks the most layers wins major bragging rights!
Hot Chocolate On Tap! Because nothing says "I’m embracing the cold" like sipping a steaming cup of cocoa while watching a groundbreaking film.
🏟️ Need a Warm-Up? We Got You. If the crisp air gets to be too much, head inside to the club lounge, where the movie will still be streaming on the indoor screens. The panel discussion will also be inside, so we’ll be welcoming everyone in early to warm up before the big convo!

And here’s the best news—while it’s definitely going to be brisk, no wind, no rain is in the forecast! 🙌 We all know in Louisville, it’s the wind that really makes us dramatic about the cold—so consider this a small weather win.

So layer up, grab your gloves, and get ready for a one-of-a-kind International Women’s Day experience—because watching a movie on the biggest screen in the city, with the Louisville skyline behind it? Totally worth the extra layers. 💫💜

See you there! ✨ #ShowHerTheMoney #StayCozy

This movie changed my life!

Hey y’all! Amanda Dare here owner of Woman-Owned Wallet!
I saw this movie and met Catherine Grey last summer, I haven’t stopped thinking about her beautiful impact on my life since then! She opened up my mind for opportunities I thought were only possible for others. She educated me further on the issues for funding with women, nonbinary people, and people of color and put it into reality! We all know things are happening behind closed doors, well the cast and crew of the movie opened the doors and set a seat at the table for us! Thank you! I can’t wait to watch it again and lead the panel discussion for Show Her The Money Movie on the biggest screen in Louisville!
