Journal - Indestructible Incapable of Being Destroyed

I fought a silent battle within myself I thought I would never come out of. I lost myself and who I was. I felt as though I had no purpose... Long story short I am a HUGE MJB fan and a song came on called indestructible from her album “strength of a woman.” I fell in love with that song. Just the mere fact of the meaning of the word indestructible. I said to myself girl you are indestructible “incapable of being destroyed.” I started telling myself that daily. I then started writing quotes and affirmations to myself. I then sent them to friends! I love a good quote especially if it’s relatable. I started praying A LOT more through out the day as well as meditating daily before I would get my day started.
