Feather & Blade is a cosmetic and paramedical tattooing service. We offer natural-looking hair stroke brows, powder fill brows, lip blushing, freckles, and areola repigmentation for women who have undergone mastectomies or other breast surgeries. Our goal is to empower women by restoring natural features with high-quality work and compassionate care, helping them feel comfortable in their own skin. This studio was founded by Holly Meredith in 2016 in Lexington, expanding into Louisville in 2019.
