Cured Restaurant & Salumeria is a modern European dining establishment and meat shop located in Louisville's NuLu district. Founded by husband-and-wife team Alvio and Elaisy Lapinet, the restaurant opened its doors in October 2023. The Lapinets, both natives of Cuba, bring a rich heritage of culinary expertise, particularly in the art of curing and smoking meats. Cured offers guests an immersive experience where they can savor handcrafted charcuterie and European-inspired dishes in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Chef Alvio Lapinet's 18 years of experience in producing high-quality ham products and cured meats is evident in the menu's offerings, which include unique items like house-made charcuterie boards, smoked pork chops, and traditional European dishes.
